BOSTON, September 29, 2008 – LifeYield, LLC, a financial technology provider to wealth management firms and advisers, today announced that Enis Simsek has joined the firm as Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Simsek will lead the development of LifeYield’s suite of scalable web-based tools that help financial professionals streamline decumulation strategy and activity.
Mr. Simsek has almost 15 years of experience in software engineering, architecture and management. Most recently, he spent seven years at AIR Worldwide where he was Assistant Vice President and Software Engineering Director, managing a team of more than 25 engineers. At AIR Worldwide, Mr. Simsek was responsible for leading the development of that company’s flagship natural and man-made catastrophe risk analysis software that is used by insurers, reinsurers and financial markets.
“With his work in developing weather and terrorism analysis models, Enis has deep experience in building some of the world’s most complex forecasting software,” said Mark W.
