Michael Gianoni is Group President of the Financial Institutions Group at Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV), reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer. In this role, he is responsible for Investment Services, Lending Services, Risk Management Solutions and Revenue Enhancement Solutions. Additionally, Mr. Gianoni serves as a member of the International Strategy steering committee. Prior to this, Mr. Gianoni served as President of Investment Services at Fiserv. Investment Services technology and workflow solutions enable hundreds of financial institutions to process separately managed accounts, unified managed accounts and mutual fund advisory accounts, and customized portfolios for individual and institutional investors, which represent about 65 percent of total managed account portfolios industry-wide. Mr. Gianoni, who joined Fiserv upon the acquisition of CheckFree Corporation in 2007, was formerly Executive Vice President and General Manager of CheckFree Investment Services, and has more than 25 years of experience in technology management positions. Prior to joining CheckFree Corporation in 2006, Mr. Gianoni held senior positions at DST Systems. Mr. Gianoni holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Waterbury State Technical College in Waterbury, Conn., a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Charter Oak State College in New Britain, Conn. and a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Haven.
