Manuel Santayana is a Managing Director and Head of Global Sales for Credit Suisse's Advanced Execution Services (AES), the worldwide leader in providing algorithmic trading solutions. Prior to becoming Head of Global Sales in 2008, Mr. Santayana was Head of Sales for AES's America Division, and since 2002 has helped grow AES from start up to the global leader in algorithmic trading. Prior to Credit Suisse, Mr. Santayana held senior sales positions at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, State Street Global Advisors, Fidelity Investments and IBM.
